The 26th annual Northern Hills Area CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Half Marathon and 5K Run/Walk was Saturday, July 14th, in beautiful Spearfish Canyon, South Dakota.
Ord’s Derry Trampe and Andrew Fields both ran in the 1/2marathon which supports the NHCASA (Northern Hills Court Appointed Special Advocate). The program’s mission to advocate for safe, permanent homes for abused and neglected children.
Trampe came in first for his age group and Andrew Fields in 4th for his age group. Both tied for 10th overall. It took 1 hour and 24 min. 18 sec. to run the 13.1 miles. Great Job Derry and Andrew!
