NORFOLK, Neb. (AP) – Officials had not yet found a man who fell into the raging Elkhorn River after a railroad bridge collapsed. Norfolk Fire Chief Shane Weidner said Wednesday that air searches were being done because the area was too dangerous to search on the ground or by boat.
