A Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) training will be held on Wednesday, February 8th. The training will be held in conjunction with the West Central Cattlemen meeting at Huckleberry’s Hideout in Broken Bow, Nebraska. Drew Gaffney, BQA Coordinator, will be conducting this training. The training will begin at 7:30 p.m., social and meal proceeding the training. This training is open to all beef producers.
The BQA training will assist you to learn the best management practices in use. Reduction of injection site damage, residue avoidance, record requirements, cattle care, vaccine use and syringe care will be discussed. Many of your potential buyers are looking for BQA managed cattle.
