Juanita Allen (pictured) was the winner of the raffle of Kathleen Mead’s donated quilt as part of the Burwell Chamber of Commerce’s Junk Jaunt sale to raise funds to help the Rodeo Theatre re-open with a new digital projection system. Mrs. Mead’s beautiful “Independence Day” quilt generated more than $400 in raffle ticket sales to benefit the theatre.
