John Oldson, suspect in the murder of Cathy Beard of Ord in Valley County Nebraska has agreed to waive extradition and will be transported back to Nebraska within the week. Oldson’s first court appearance will be February 6th, 2012 at Valley County Courthouse. The Valley County Sheriff’s Office and the Nebraska State Patrol is pleased that justice is finally being served for Cathy Beard and her family. Other agencies in Missouri have been in contact with the Valley County Sheriff’s Office regarding Oldson adn the case for Valley County.
