Have a Heart for those less fortunate

Posted by Lynn Daily On December - 7 - 2010

Many families are struggling to make ends meet, and with a little caring and sharing this Christmas can be a little brighter for those less fortunate.  The Community Tree of Hearts is designed to help families in the area.

There are approximately 110 tags on the tree from the Garfield, Loup and Wheeler area.  the tags have a variety of age groups, some are children, adults and some are senior citizens.  Gifts, cash donations and food are being accepted.  No gift or donation is to small.

Please leave your gift or donation at the Great Western Bank now through December 15th, although they have extended the date to December 20th.

Have a Heart and stop by the bank in Burwell or if you have any questions call 346-4700.
