(Ord) – The Loup Valley Jaycees are pleased to announce the 2010 Husker Football Tickets Raffle Winners. Those winners are:
Grand Prize: Shannon Adams Weber (2 season tickets to the 2010 Nebraska Cornhusker Football season)
2nd Place: Marcy Shafer (2 season passes to Valley Cinema)
Third Place: Rollin Davis ($100 in ChamberBucks)
Proceeds from the raffle will be used to create a community development fund for the betterment of the Loup Valley. The first project identified for funding support will be the renovation project at Valley Cinema. Proceeds from the raffle will be used to purchase seats for the newly renovated Valley Cinema, and Valley Cinema has also agreed to let the Jaycees use the venue for future community development fundraisers.
The Jaycees would like to thank area residents for their support of community development in the Loup Valley. The Jaycees would also like to hear from area residents for ideas for community development fundraisers in 2011.
