North Loup residents allowed back

Water levels have begun to recede in North Loup. The effects of the flooding remain, however residents have been allowed to return to the village to assess damage. People who are not residents of North Loup should remain out the North Loup area. Remember do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your vehicle to cross safely

Thank you so much to the Mennonites who helped any and all. They brought pumps to empty the basements, hauled out the mess and even took it away. Provided food too. May God bless you all. Thanks again from the Sinteks.

We just learned of the flooding in the area. And I just discovered this website to read about it. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. The Markley family in California.
