The Hospice Department at Valley County Health System will be holding a public Community Memorial Service on Sunday, November 6th, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Ord.
The fifth annual Celebration of Life will honor the memory of all loved ones who have died this past year. It will include a speaker, candle lighting ceremony and slide show presentation. The service will conclude with a balloon release and refreshments.
If you would like to include your loved one in the service, call Marilyn Winkelbauer at 308-728-4315. To include your loved one in the slide show presentation, bring a photo to the Hospice Office at 400 South 23rd Street or mail it to 2707 L Street, Ord, NE 68862 by Monday, October 10th.
All photos will be returned at the service or mailed at the sender’s request.
