The Hospice Department at Valley County Health System will be holding a public Community memorial service on Sunday, November 7th, at 2:00 pm, at the First Christian Church in Ord.
The fourth annual Celebration of Life will honor the memory of all loved ones who have died during this past year. It will include a prayer, candle lighting ceremony and photo presentation. The service will conclude with a balloon release and refreshments.
If you would like to include your loved one in the service, call Marilyn Winkelbauer at 308-728-4315. To include your loved one in the photo presentation, bring a photo to the Hospice office at 400 South 23rd Street or mail it to 2707 L Street, Ord, NE 68862 by Wednesday, October 20th. All photos will be returned at the service or mailed at the sender’s request.
