Probation For Accident
LOUP CITY, Neb. (AP) - A Wood River man has been sentenced to 18 months of probation for a boating accident that killed two North Carolina teens.
41-year-old Brian Packer was sentenced Friday in Sherman County District Court. Judge Karin Noakes made Packer subject to random drug and alcohol testing and ordered him not driving a boat for six months. Failure to comply could land
