On Monday, January 21, 2013 a vehicle was reported stolen in the Scotia area on Springdale road. The theft occurred between 5:30am and 6am. According to Greeley County Deputy Jon Howard, they do have a suspect who remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous. A wrecked truck was found close to the scene near the building where the van was taken that is believed to be that of the suspect. The stolen vehicle is a white econo van with black lettering. There is signage on the side panels of the van with Marisch Electric and has both a cell phone number and home phone number. License plate 62-130. If you have any information in this case contact the Greeley county Sheriffs office. Citizens are advised not to approach the suspect.
