Mildred M. Kusek, 93 of Chicago passed away Saturday, June 26, 2010.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Ord with Father Tom Ryan officiating. Inurnment will be in the Ord Catholic Cemetery. A rosary will be held on Monday, July 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ord Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to masses. Ord Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Mildred M. Kusek was born Dec. 7, 1917, on a farm near Ord, Nebraska, the beloved daughter of Andrew M. and Clara F. (Czuba) Kusek.
Survivors include, two sisters, S. Lenore Kusek, C.R., and S. Clara F. Kusek, C.R., both of Chicago; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Floyd (Betty) Kusek of Portland, OR and, Helen (Donald) Glatter of Amherst, NE; three sisters-in-law, Evelyn (Mrs. Adrian) Kusek and Ardath (Mrs. Henry) Kusek both of Burwell and Genevieve (Mrs. Andrew B.) Kusek of Seward.
She was preceded in death by the her parents; four brothers, Henry Kusek, Adrian Kusek, Bernard Kusek, and Andrew B. Kusek and two sisters, S. Bonaventure Kusek, C.R., and Marie Suminski.
