Patrick S. Fanning, 51, of Ord passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012, at the Valley View Living Center in Ord.
Mr. Fanning’s wishes were to be cremated. A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date in Colorado. Ord Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Patrick Stephen was born January 9, 1961, at Denver, Colorado to Larry and Kay (Hughes) Fanning. He was raised in Golden, Colorado where he received his education and graduated from Golden High School in 1979.
Patrick resided in Colorado until June of 2011, when he moved to Ord, Nebraska. He loved living in Ord. Patrick enjoyed music, playing guitar and turning “found” objects into art.
Survivors include his mother, Kay Fanning of Ord, his father, Larry Fanning of Arizona, a brother, Eric Fanning of Minnesota and a sister, Kim Fanning of Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Scott Fanning.
