ORD — In two months since Valley View Senior Living transferred form the Valley County Health System to LTC Midwest and became Valley View Senior Villages, the group has experienced growth.
The number of residents began on 23 when the tranfer occurred on July 1st and now stands at 32. Randy Kozeal helps run the facility and says there were some tough cuts to be made initially, but this growth is allowing he and his crew to hire more staff.
“We’re still, you know, experiencing some growing pains and we keep telling people this is normal and they go ‘Really? This is normal?'” Kozeal says. “But their dedication and tenancity have been very much appreciated.”
Kozeal added the group is working with Ord High School to offer CNA classes for interested students.
