ORD — The process for Grant Geiser and G3 Contracting to lease land at the Mortensen Industrial Site continues.
Valley County is working through the finishing touches on a ground lease for the lot. The terms the Board of Superviors agreed to offer include a 99-year lease with stipulation of using the property within two years.
The parcel sits between Seed Solutions and Premier Pump & Well.
