ORD — The arraignment for an Ord man accused of assault has been continued.
Dylan Miller, 20, faces charges of first-degree sexual assault, third-degree domestic assault, making terroristic threats, stalking and strangulation. No additional details into the incident have been released.
Miller’s court date is now scheduled for October 19th.
