ORD — A January 4th preliminary hearing at the Valley County Courthouse has been set for an Ord man facing assault and other charges.
Dylan Miller, 20, was arrested in September and charged with first-degree sexual assault, third-degree domestic assault, making terroristic threats, stalking and strangulation.
