SPALDING — Country Partners Cooperative in Spalding will merge with All Points Cooperative in Gothenburg after the two sides voted to join this week.
Both sides voted to join this week, each at a nearly 90% clip, to unify. Nebraska law requires a two-thirds vote for approval.
The organization wil retain the name Country Partners when the merger becomes effective on February 1st. The new co-op spans a territory of 3.3 million acres, with 26 locations, 19 agronomy facilities and about 250 full-time employees.
