ORD — This weekend in Valley County, Small Business Saturday is once again a staple of Winterfest.
Folks are encouraged to spend the day after Black Friday shopping at local businesses across the area. “We have so much here that our local business offer,” says Kristina Foth of the Ord Area Chamber of Commerce. “Quality gift items and clothing and everyday household items.”
“We always hear that you can essentially find everything that you’re needing in Valley Cuunty from our local businesses,” she added.
A Small Business Saturday Headquarters will be located in the Valley County Courthouse, while a variety of businesses around the area will have deals and promotions to attract local shoppers.
This includes the snowball drop at the courthouse beginning at 10 A.M. on Saturday.
