LINCOLN — No procedures nor policies were violated in the shooting of a Central City man, last month.
That from the Lincoln police who say the three officers involved have been taken off administrative leave after an investigation into the incident.
Authorities say one of the officers was trying to arrest Zachary Grigsby on November 29th when two colleagues arrived to help. Grigsby then put one of the officers in a headlock and held a gun to her head. He then fired at one officer, hitting him in the arm.
The officers returned fire and killed him.
