BROKEN BOW — The trial for a woman charged with the 2013 death of a Broken Bow toddler has been delayed until August 22nd.
Proceedings against Brittney Pryce were originally supposed to begin on February 1st.
Authorities say 20-month-old Noah Pryce suffered a suspicious head injury while in a car with Pryce and her mother, Diane Hill. Both were originally charged with second-degree murder, but the case against Hill was dismissed in 2014.
The murder charge against Pryce was dropped, as well, and the 25-year-old has pleaded not guilty to a child abuse charge.
