LINCOLN — Nebraska overcame a double-digit deficit, but couldn’t take the lead in a 74-68 loss to Iowa, on Thursday.
The game was the team’s Big Ten opener.
Nebraska was paced by Jessica Shepard who finished with 28 points. Natalie Romeo take a lot of shots, but her fourth quarter three brought the team within one possession.
It never got closer than that, though. The loss is the Huskers first at home this season
