KEARNEY — A shootout loss gets handed to Tri-City in a 3-2 defeat to Des Moines, on Sunday.
The Storm tied the game on Wade Allison’s shot with less than eight minutes remaining in regulation. This comes after the team allowed two goals following an early lead.
Tri-City was outshot in the extra frame 6-1 prior to the shootout.
