ORD — At a court appearance in Valley County, a Burwell man charged with intentional child abuse and making terroristic threats has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Daniel Lech, 40, was arrested in November and booked into Valley County Jail before being bonded out. The specifics of the situation surrounding the arrest have not been released.
He’s next scheduled to appear in court on January 19th.
