NORFOLK — The man who died after his ATV fell through the ice in a pond near Norfolk has been identified.
Randall Simpson, 57, was pulled from the water by firefighters and then brought to a hospital in Norfolk before being sent to Omaha. He died there.
Authorities say the native of rural Nofolk was unable to get his seat belt disconnected as the ATV sank.
