LINCOLN — With a new legislative session beginning this year, a few issues stand out as priorities for lawmakers.
Property tax and prison reform are among the top goals, as well as highway and bridge projects, K-12 financing and medical marijuana.
A potential road block for many of these issues is the estimated $110 million budget expected to hit the state government.
