ORD — A resolution passed by the Valley County Board of Supervisors allows for road closures for situations in which traffic would damage the pavement.
This covers a total period of 90 days in any one calendar year for any highway under the jurisdiction of the county. In essence, this gives the county the ability to repair any damages from deterioration, rain, snow and other climatic conditions.
The restrictions under these circumstances would also cover trucks and commercial vehicles.
