CAIRO — A two-vehicle collision in Hall County has left one man dead an three others injured.
The accident occurred on Nebraska Highway 2 about four miles southeast of Cairo.
The sheriff’s department says Jeremiah Roberts, of Ravenna, was headed east when he lost control of his SUV on the slippery highway and hit an oncoming car.
The driver of that car has been identified as Leopoldo Martinez, of Grand Island. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His two passengers and Roberts were hospitalized.
