LINCOLN — The U.S. District Court in Lincoln has ordered a Buffalo County psychiatrist to provide free services for one day a month during his five years probation.
Dr. Reynaldo De Los Angeles pleaded guilty in October and must pay restitution in addition to spending eight weekends in jail.
The 70-year-old didn’t turn over to the IRS nearly $132,000 he’d withheld from employee checks for social security, medicare, and income taxes from 2008 to 2012.
He operated clinics in Kearney and Grand Island.
