FRANKLIN — A Franklin doctor will have to be monitored by a fellow physician for the next four years as part of an agreement with Nebraska regulatory authorities.
The state found that Dr. Daniel Mazour didn’t adhere to professional standards in prescribing controlled substances for treatment of pain or other conditions.
The doctor’s license is on probation until 2020 and he will have to complete courses on prescribing narcotics, keeping records and documentation.
