LINCOLN — It was an offensive return for Nebraska women’s basketball in an 87-69 win over Penn State, on Tuesday.
The Huskers shot 50% from the field and more than 40% from three. Jessica Shepard had 20 points, while Natalie Romeo tossed in 19.
Rachel Theriot also lit up the score sheet with 14 assists.
Overall, the team had 18 more assists than turnovers.
