LINCOLN — Mike Riley has announced that Hank Hughes wouldn’t return as Nebraska’s defensive line coach.
The head man thanked Hughes for his work, but gave no specific reason was given for the departure.
Hughes was co-defensive coordinator and linebacker coach at Cincinnati before coming to Lincoln. His career spans 37 years.
