LINCOLN — A report show that groundwater levels began to show signs of recovery from spring 2014 to spring 2015.
This comes after the drought from 2012-2013 did significant damage. Higher-than-normal precipitation is credited for the increases.
The largest are in the eastern parts of the state, where levels rose as high as 15 feet.
Many parts of the state still remain below 2012 levels.
