BROKEN BOW — The Broken Bow Police Department is asking folks to be on the lookout for a missing 15-year-old girl.
Kelsey Petterson ran away from home on February 6th. It’s believed she is with two adult men, Brishan Anders and Randy Miller.
The department has fielded multiple reports on vehicles and locations, but hasn’t been able to confirm any. It’s looking out for a 1999 black Grand Prix with a Nebraska license plate of 4A5149.
