NELSON — Voters in Nelson have recalled a city councilwoman.
The community lies about 45 miles southeast of Hastings. A petition circulated after Vicky Garner was accused of using her position on the council for personal gain.
The Nuckolls County clerk says the vote went 89-71. The turnout was 44% in the town of about 365 voters.
