UPLAND — A 19-year-old Upland man has been accused of physically abusing his two-month-old daughter.
Court records show that Dalton Howard has been charged with intentional child abuse causing injury.
Media reports have the child hospitalized for treatment of a brain bleed and bruising on her face and torso. The child has been in state custody since February 11th.
