LINCOLN — A chance to play spoiler faded late for Nebraska men’s basketball as the team falls to Ohio State, 65-62, in overtime.
The Buckeyes came into the game on the NCAA tournament bubble, but the Huskers had a chances to win late in regulation. The squad missed three shots in the final 15 seconds.
Ohio State broke a tie with 30 seconds left in the extra frame to seal the contest.
Nebraska drops to .500 on the year.
