ORD — Home, farm and garden vendors hit the Valley County Home & Ag Expo this week to show products from local businesses.
The year, the event moved to two days and featured four workshops and a wide range of vendors. Organizers says its all about keeping things local.
“I know people really appreciate the fact that we have a very diverse selection of vendors here,” explains Kristina Foth of the Ord Area Chamber of Commerce. “Everything from insurance and garden supplies, home decor, machinery and equipment, agricultural services; so it’s really neat to see a lot of our local vendors and businesses come together.”
The education sessions hit several topics, ranging from cow-calf profitability to gardening.
