RANDOLPH — An accident near Randolph has left a 16-year-old girl dead.
Emily Bloomquist was traveling about a half-mile southeast of Randolph. The Cedar County Sheriff’s Office says she was ejected when her car went out of control.
The teen was pronounced dead at the scene. She was a junior at Randolph High School.
