LINCOLN — Farmers rallied at the Nebraska capitol this week amid concerns that time is running out in the session to pass property tax relief.
The Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation is encouraging the issue to be pushed above all other legislation. Currently, property tax reforms remain in the revenue committee and have not yet hit the legislative floor.
Lawmakers adjourn this session on April 20th.
