NORFOLK — A woman is facing a child abuse charge in Norfolk after being accused of throwing and injuring her four-year-old daughter.
Media reports say Carla Montoya caused her daughter to suffer a skull fracture and other injuries. The child was taken to a hospital in Omaha.
The 21-year-old mother was brought into custody at Madison County Jail.
