ORD — A man is facing ten to 15 years in prison after being sentenced in Valley County District Court.
Scott Patrick pleaded no contest to attempted child abuse, which is a class-three felony.
Documents revealed in court show Patrick’s 15-month-old son had suffered severe injuries to the skull and other parts of his body. The judge called the injuries life-threatening and said she was concerned about Patrick’s ability to be around minors.
He will be credited with 565 days already served.
