LINCOLN — In honor of the state’s 150th Anniversary, Nebraskans will have the opportunity to switch to commemorative license plates.
The plate is navy and gold and features an emblem of the top of the capitol building in Lincoln. The years 1867 and 2017 will be shown as well.
The state hopes to produce about 5.2 million of the license plates between 2017 and 2022.
