ORD — Rev. Scott Hausrath has been recognized for his work as a chaplain for Valley County Health System Hospice.
The Nebraska Hospice Palliative Care Association honored the North Loup resident as an outstanding volunteer.
Each hospice program in the state could nominated an outstanding volunteer to be recognized at the NHPCA’s annual banquet in Lincoln.
Hausrath is the pastor of the Seventh Day Baptist Church in North Loup.
