ORD — An Ord man is facing charges of making terroristic threats and assault.
The Valley County Sheriff’s Department executed a warrant for the arrest of David Figueroa on Tuesday. The 41-year-old was brought in and bonded out later the same day.
He’s been scheduled to be arraigned on April 18th.
