LINCOLN — Nebraska has hired a former Huskers as women’s basketball coach.
Amy Williams makes the move from South Dakota.
Williams played in Lincoln from 1994-1998. She’s been in South Dakota for four years and led the Coyotes to two conference championships.
She replaces Connie Yori, who resigned last week following an in-house investigation into allegatons that she mistreated and overworked players.
Yori has denied any wrong doing.
