BLUE HILL — Blue Hill Community School was on lock down this week after a man threatened to shoot city council members and schoolchildren.
Michael Head, 47, is charged with felony terroristic threats.
Authorities say he made the threats at a bar on Friday saying he was angered over officials taking three dogs from him in 2012. The arrest affidavit says Head threatened to target children because some kids had lied about being bitten by his dogs.
