LITCHFIELD — Litchfield student Amanda McClain has placed in second in Nebraska’s Third District 2016 Congressional Art Competition.
The competition was put on by Congressman Adrian Smith and the Nebraska Art Teacher’s Association.
Amanda’s piece, “Gloomy Windmill”, will be placed in Smith’s office in Washington, D.C. All-in-all, four students placed in the district.
