GRAND ISLAND — One person is dead and two others are injured after an accident near Grand Island.
Joseph Soto was driving east on U.S. Highway 30 on Sunday when he drove his pickup over the center line and struck a vehicle occupied by two teenagers.
The 51-year-old was taken to a Grand Island hospital, where he died.
The two teenagers were identified as Samantha Lyons, of Shelton, and Baily Miller, of Wood River. Bother were taken to the hospital. Lyons was in critical condition, while Miller was treated and released.
